Products
Physical products are ELF BOX and ELF BOX MINI.
Digital products are 30 Days of Printable Magic, Help the Elf Save Christmas Activity Book & Ultimate Magical Christmas Game Pack.
Product pages explain the main contents. Small differences in packaging, colours, props or layout may occur where they do not materially change the product.
Orders
Customers must provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. For personalised products, customers are responsible for entering names correctly. An order is accepted once payment is received and an order confirmation is issued, subject to stock and fulfilment.
Personalised Products
Physical kits include personalised letters. Customers must check spelling carefully. Once personalisation or preparation has started, changes or cancellation may not be possible.
Digital Products
Digital products are PDF files to download and print. For household use and for teachers or childminders to print and use with their groups. Do not resell, redistribute, share the digital files or upload them publicly. Digital downloads are not normally refundable once downloaded, accessed or supplied where immediate access has been agreed using the digital consent checkbox at checkout.
Digital Access & Cancellation
30 Days of Printable Magic, Activity Book and Game Pack are digital products. No physical item is shipped. Your download links are available straight after successful payment, on the order confirmation page and in your order email. At checkout you agree to receive the download immediately and understand that you may lose your right to cancel once the download has been accessed or supplied.
Prices & Payment
Prices are shown in euro. Card payments are processed securely by WooPayments (powered by Stripe). Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Auracrest Limited, trading as ELF BOX, does not store full payment card details.
Delivery
Physical ELF BOX products are delivered only to addresses in the Republic of Ireland, with free standard delivery. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland or other countries. Processing (preparing and dispatching your order) usually takes 2 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Christmas periods and courier delays can affect these estimates. Digital-only orders are not delivered by post and can be bought from anywhere.

Personalised physical products and digital downloads have different cancellation rules.
Product Safety
Physical ELF BOX products contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3. Adult setup and supervision are recommended. Props are intended for display and scene setup, not unsupervised play.
Intellectual Property
ELF BOX branding, product images, website text, printable files, product designs and digital downloads belong to ELF BOX unless stated otherwise. They must not be copied, reproduced, resold or used commercially without permission. Printing digital products for your household, or by teachers or childminders for use with their own groups, is allowed.

Customer information is used to process orders, provide support and operate the website. See the Privacy Policy.
