Child or group names are collected only where supplied by the customer for personalised products. This information is used to prepare the ordered letters and manage the order. ELF BOX does not knowingly collect information directly from children.

Card payments are processed securely by WooPayments (powered by Stripe). Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Stripe may use cookies and device information on the checkout page to prevent fraud. Auracrest Limited, trading as ELF BOX, does not store full payment card details.
Cookies & Analytics
Essential cookies. The website uses cookies that are needed for it to work: to remember your basket, keep you logged in to your account, complete checkout and take secure payments. Our payment provider Stripe sets fraud-prevention cookies (__stripe_mid, __stripe_sid). WooCommerce also stores simple first-party information about how you arrived at the shop (for example, from a search engine or a social media link) with your order (sbjs_ cookies), so we can see which channels bring orders. This information is not shared with advertisers.
Visitor statistics (Matomo). We use Matomo to count visits and see which pages are popular. Matomo runs on our own website server, so this data is not sent to Google or any other company. It is set up without cookies, and visitor IP addresses are shortened (anonymised) before they are stored, so we cannot identify you from them.
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, TikTok Pixel or other advertising or tracking tools. If we add any of these in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
